Is Percivo really free for kitchens?+
Yes. We charge 0% commission on orders. The base plan is completely free — no setup fee, no monthly fee, no hidden charges. Optional Pro features are on a monthly subscription, but you can run a full kitchen on the free plan.
How do payments work?+
Customers pay via UPI at checkout. The money goes directly to the bank account linked to your UPI ID — Percivo never holds your funds. You see the payment confirmed in the app within seconds.
What Android versions are supported?+
Android 8.0 (Oreo) and newer. The app works on any modern Android phone, including low-memory devices.
Can I use Percivo on iPhone?+
Right now Percivo is Android-only. You can still run your kitchen from the web dashboard at percivo.co on any phone or computer. An iOS version is on our roadmap.
How is this different from posting my menu on WhatsApp?+
